Somehow this unqualifed Gamecock was selected as one of the top 10 teachers in Busan, or so I was BS’ed by my school. Either way, since we got here we have had to do open classes where the parents, principals, teachers and ministry members come watch and grade us. It is a big contest that if you win, you get a pay increase if you renew your contract next year. I only kept up with it so my school would stay happy with me. This is the sign that greeted the visitors.
